We're looking for a dependable and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to lead and support our janitorial teams during evening operations while performing specialized commercial floor care services during the day. Experience with:

• Commercial carpet cleaning
• VCT floor stripping & waxing
• Tile & grout cleaning
• Team leadership or supervisory experience
