Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Honda Master Certified Technician to join our Napa-area service team. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to the highest standards, with opportunities for certification training and a competitive pay scale.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent experience.
• Dealer-level or large facility experience is a plus.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensure efficient operations.
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
