Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Certified and Master Certified Service Technician to diagnose and fix vehicles to the highest standards. The role includes pre-delivery checks and ongoing certifications, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and professional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Master Certified Tech should have dealer‑level or large facility experience.
• Master Certified Tech must have a high level of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis and testing.
• Maintain highest level of training possible.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
