Job summary

Victory Automotive Group seeks a Certified and Master Certified Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose issues, perform dealer-level service, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The role benefits from ongoing certification training, competitive pay, and a professional workplace, with opportunities for advancement. An unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record are required, and experience in large facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional and dependable
• Safety- and customer service oriented
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
• Master Certified Tech should have dealer-level or large facility experience
• Master Certified Tech must have a high level of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge and work experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis and testing
• Maintains highest level of training possible as Master Certified Tech
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while servicing or repairing
• Ensures required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards
• Follows shop policy, safety, and environmental rules
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
