Job summary

Martin Automotive Group at El Monte Nissan is seeking skilled Service Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced dealership setting. You will work with certified technicians to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

You will need at least 2 years of auto technician experience, be proficient with diagnostic tools and electronic equipment, and hold a valid driver’s license. Master-certified technicians may receive a sign-on bonus and join our Presidents Club.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Computer literate.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
