Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking skilled Service Technicians to join the El Monte Nissan service team. You will perform repairs, run diagnostic tests, and service automotive systems in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We offer a competitive flat-rate pay between $20 and $30 per hour plus productivity incentives, a sign-on bonus for Master Certified Technicians, and eligibility for the Presidents Club with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Requires at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance across systems.
Computer literacy and ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver’s license; manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform repair work as specified on the repair order.
Test components and systems using diagnostic tools; test drive vehicles.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
Communicate with the Service Advisor and complete online multi-point inspection report.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
