Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Iowa City is seeking a Certified and Master Certified Service Technician to service and repair vehicles to the highest standards. The role may include pre-delivery checks on new vehicles to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has dealer-level or large facility experience, a strong mechanical/electrical knowledge base, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Master Certified Tech requires dealer-level or large facility experience.
• ASE certification is a desirable credential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis and testing.
• Maintains highest level of training.
• Keeps vehicles clean while servicing or repairing.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with standards.
• Supports shop operations, inventory, and safety practices.
• Follows shop policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
