Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Master Certified Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles per established standards. The role may include pre-delivery service for new vehicles to ensure peak customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have ASE certifications, dealer or large facility experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset are essential in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Master Certified Tech should have dealer-level or large facility experience.
• High level automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis and testing.
• Performs routine and complex repairs and service inspections.
• Maintains training and adheres to safety and environmental standards.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant.
• Supports shop operations and team to run efficiently.
