Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Master Certified Service Technician to diagnose issues, perform high-level repairs, and conduct pre-delivery checks on new vehicles to ensure top quality for customers.

The ideal candidate will have dealer-level or large facility experience, ASE certifications, a valid unrestricted driver's license, and a strong track record of safety, communication, and world-class service in a fast-paced team environment. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Must have a high level of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, professional appearance and work ethic.
• Basic computer and internet skills required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift heavy objects.
• Entry level tech may have related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis and testing.
• Performs routine and high level repairs and service inspections without guidance.
• Maintains highest level of training possible.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs.
• Ensures required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Supports shop efficiency through inventory stocking and general duties.
• Follows shop policy, safety and environmental rules.
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
