Victory Automotive Group seeks a Certified and Master Certified Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards. The role includes pre-delivery checks and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be safety- and customer-service oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills expected.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Dealer-level or large facility experience is preferred for Master Certified Tech.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis and testing.
• Maintain highest level of training possible for Master Certified Tech.
• Keep vehicles clean during service or repairs.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes; perform other duties as needed.
