Job summary

Wohlsen Construction Company seeks a skilled Carpenter to construct wooden structures on our projects from sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions, and to study specifications for trim, millwork, and door installations.

You will set hollow metal frames and pre-hung door units, hang doors and hardware, erect framing, install interior and exterior trim and cabinetry, measure and cut materials, and perform demolition when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of carpentry construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Setting hollow metal frames and pre-hung door units.
• Hanging doors and installing door hardware.
• Erecting, assembling, and installing framing.
• Installing interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, and wood blocking.
• Measuring and cutting materials to required sizes.
• Performing demolition work if necessary.
• Installing Division 10 (Bathroom Accessories).
• Conducting wood framing, metal stud installation, window installation, flashing, and insulation.
