Job summary

Wohlsen Construction Company is seeking a skilled Carpenter to construct wooden structures according to sketches and blueprints. You will set frames, hang doors, install trim, and perform demolition as needed to support project goals.

The role requires reading drawings, measuring accurately, and working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions. A valid driver’s license and own tools are expected, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of carpentry construction experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read blueprints and work from sketches or drawings.

Responsibilities

• Setting hollow metal frames and pre-hung door units.
• Hanging doors and installing door hardware.
• Erecting, assembling, and installing framing.
• Installing interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, and wood blocking.
• Measuring and cutting materials to required sizes.
• Performing demolition work if necessary.
• Installing Division 10 (Bathroom Accessories).
• Reading blueprints and coordinating with field staff.
