Job summary

Wohlsen Construction Company is seeking a skilled Carpenter to construct wooden structures according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions. You will study specifications to determine dimensions for safety barriers, trim/millwork, toilet accessories, and door hardware installations.

Responsibilities include setting hollow metal frames, hanging doors, installing framing, trim, cabinetry, and wood blocking, and measuring materials.

Qualifications

• Five years of carpentry construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set hollow metal frames and pre-hung door units.
• Hang doors and install door hardware.
• Erect, assemble, and install framing.
• Install interior/exterior trim, cabinetry, and wood blocking.
• Measure and cut materials to size.
• Perform demolition work as needed.
• Install Division 10 bathroom accessories.
• Wood framing, metal stud installation, window installation, flashing, and insulation.
• Interact with field staff and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
