Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a skilled carpenter to perform a wide range of carpentry duties on priority projects, including design, construction, installation, and repair of wooden fixtures and structures. You will handle framing, finish work, painting, and raised access tasks, while ensuring safety and quality standards across job sites.

The role requires reading architectural drawings, using hand and power tools, and coordinating with subcontractors. A TS/SCI clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of carpentry experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of carpentry duties as assigned.
• Design, construction, installation, and repair of wooden fixtures and structures.
• Framing and finish work; painting and staining.
• Install ceiling tile grids and carpet tiles.
• Monitor subcontractor performance.
• Conduct jobsite troubleshooting.
• Perform primary project layout and carpentry production.
