Signarama Cleveland is seeking a Lead Sign Installer with a strong carpentry background and proven site leadership. You will assess sites, install monument signs, channel letters, and related signage components, while coordinating with crew members to ensure quality craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction or carpentry, solid tool knowledge, and electrical experience. This is a hands-on role offering stable, year‑round work with growth potential in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction or carpentry experience
• Strong working knowledge of all hand and power tools
• Comfortable operating heavy equipment
• Electrical experience (120V/240V, basic wiring, conduit helpful)
• Ability to problem‑solve independently
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
• Leadership mindset
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Installing monument signs, channel letters, cabinets & dimensional letters
• Structural mounting to masonry, steel, and wood framing
• Concrete footing and post setting
• Operating bucket trucks, lifts, skid steers, and jobsite equipment
• Reading blueprints and site plans
• Wiring and connecting illuminated signage (electrical experience strongly desired)
• Leading and mentoring crew members
• Representing our company professionally on job sites
