Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Carpenter for our Phoenix project sites. You will read blueprints, lay out work, and cut materials to exact specs to frame walls, floors, ceilings and roof structures.

You will install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and interior finishes with precision. You must have 5+ years on-site carpentry, strong tool skills, and the stamina to lift heavy materials on a demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; carpentry apprenticeship preferred.
• 5+ years of construction carpentry experience on a job site.
• Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and plans accurately.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in framing, finishing, and trim.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and plans to determine layout and material quantities.
• Measure, cut, and shape lumber with hand and power tools to precise specifications.
• Assemble and install structural components, doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and interior finishes.
• Create and install forms for concrete pouring and frame safe scaffolding as needed.
• Coordinate with crew members to meet project timelines and safety standards.
