Job summary

MDS Staffing is seeking a Journeyman Cabinet Maker for a high-end millwork and cabinetry company. You will build fixtures, reception desks, conference tables and other millwork, using hand tools and industrial equipment.

Must have 5+ years of experience, read detailed drawings, and show strong problem-solving and leadership to meet quality standards and deadlines. Experience with countertops and solid surface is a plus; ability to lift 80lbs; ability to work independently and with others;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building casework, cabinets and furniture.
• Ability to read detailed drawings.
• Use industrial equipment to machine parts for fabrication.
• Be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Work as a leader on a team to meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build Fixtures, Reception Desks, Conference Tables and high end Millwork.
• Fabricate Countertops - Solid Surface experience is a plus.
• Work as a leader on a team to meet quality standards and project deadlines.
