They must operate with excellence and integrity, have a great attitude, and superior diagnostic skills. This full-time role offers up to $50 per hour, weekends off, matching retirement plans, paid vacations/holidays,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Excellent diagnostic skills to include electrical.
• Strong investment in tools and ability to flag 50+ hours per week.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Professional appearance and strong communication; long-term career focus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for customers.
• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Review manufacturer TSBs to find root causes.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Perform software updates with dealer-level tools.
• Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Maintain an orderly work environment and safety standards.
• Collaborate with service department to communicate concerns.
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver results.
