Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an automotive technician/mechanic in Ohio to diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, guest satisfaction, and a positive, team-oriented attitude in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively with the service team.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate concerns clearly with the service department.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
