Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a Senior Automotive Master Technician in Buckeye, AZ. The role requires diagnosing and completing complex vehicle repairs using various scan tools and wiring diagrams, while ensuring high-quality service and shop efficiency.

You will work closely with the Service Manager and Advisors to deliver guest-focused outcomes. We value technicians who are energetic, positive, and solution-driven, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 7+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience.
• Excellent automotive diagnostic skills.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• ASE A1-A8 Certifications required, Master L1 preferred.
• A strong investment in tools.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to technicians in coordination with the service department.
• Oversee technician workloads and overall workflow in the service area.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Assist other technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles as needed.
• Educate team to uphold brand and quality standards for guests’ concerns.
