Job summary

The Continental Automotive Group is actively seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, lead the Service Department, and mentor junior staff in the Austin area. This full-time role offers paid training and opportunity for advancement.

Starting pay includes a flat rate structure with potential to earn up to $55 per flat rate hour and a $10,000 signing bonus. Flexible scheduling is available within shop hours.

Qualifications

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Provide leadership and training to other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame.
• Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work.
• Oversee and sign off on repairs completed by other technicians.
• Offer training and guidance to other technicians.
