Job summary
Smith Auto Family is hiring an experienced Master Technician for our Slaton Service shop. We offer top-tier flat-rate pay with no cap, and our best technicians can earn significantly. You'll work in a family-owned, well-run shop, emphasizing teamwork and quality. We also provide a signing bonus and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have Ford Senior Master Certification or ASE certification, and at least 5 years of automotive technician experience, along with proficiency in diagnostics and strong electrical skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Proven strength in diagnostics and electrical systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems.
- Perform accurate diagnostics using Ford software.
- Work directly with Service Advisors to communicate repairs.
