Qualifications

Minimum 5 years professional automotive repair experience.
ASE Certification and Manufacturer Certification.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Lead as Shop Leader, mentoring junior technicians to foster their professional growth and development.
Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and diesel systems with precision and expertise.
Perform thorough multi-point inspections to ensure comprehensive vehicle evaluations.
Provide accurate labor estimates to facilitate transparent customer service.
Complete precise documentation to maintain detailed records of repairs and diagnostics.
Ensure all repairs meet factory specifications to uphold the highest quality standards.
