Job summary

Paul Miller Audi is seeking an automotive technician to join our Parsippany service team. You will perform repairs and services to factory standards, diagnose malfunctions, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while delivering excellence in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Properly complete the services and/or repairs for which the technician is trained and qualified as assigned by service management.
• Assist the dealership in achieving high customer satisfaction through proper repair procedures and communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete all work following safety requirements and published procedures.
• Wear appropriate eye, ear, and skin safety protection and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain an inventory of tools needed to perform work that are not normally inventoried by the service department.
• Use Special Service Tools, shop equipment, and repair manuals provided by the service department and return them after use.
• Deliver high-quality work and perform quality control inspections on every vehicle; test drive when needed.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean; use protection to prevent damage and have vehicles washed as necessary.
• Participate in technical training and Manufacturer's Technician Certification Program to upgrade skills.
