• Establish service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation.
• Carry out routine maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of engine, transmission, and brakes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey necessary repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
