Qualifications

• Establish service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation.
• Carry out routine maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct thorough inspections of engine, transmission and braking systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey repair information clearly to customers.
