Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Master Automotive Service Technician for its BMW Pre-Owned & Service Center in Boston, MA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, using manufacturer guidelines and advanced tools to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Must have basic tools and strong technical/mechanical skills.
• Experience as automotive technician in a dealership environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis and repair on automobiles and light trucks.
• Utilize handheld devices to diagnose malfunctions.
• Document all work and timekeeping for warranty repairs.
• Maintain CSI scores above company goals in service.
• Mentor and assist junior technicians in the shop.
