Job summary

Motorpool Automotive in Campbell, CA seeks a Master Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic and repair skills. This Monday–Friday role offers hourly pay plus bonuses with a stated earning potential of $80,000-$150,000 per year.

You will work primarily on Toyota and Honda products alongside domestic, European, and fleet vehicles. Strong electrical diagnostics and experience with Autel and Snap-on tools are required.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of automotive repair experience.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and testing.
• Experience using Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including drivability and electrical diagnosis.
• Use scan tools and electrical testing methods to isolate faults and determine appropriate repairs.
• Diagnose automotive electrical systems, sensors, circuits, and related vehicle-control issues.
• Perform engine replacements and other major mechanical repairs.
• Complete general automotive repair, maintenance, and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose and repair issues across engine, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and related vehicle systems.
• Work primarily on Toyota and Honda products while servicing domestic, European, and fleet vehicles as needed.
• Document vehicle findings through the shop's established repair and inspection processes.
