Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- ASE Master Technician certification is required.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Proficient with diagnostic software and scan tools.
- Experience with hybrid/electric vehicle systems preferred.
- Ability to read service manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Use advanced tools to perform complex diagnostics and repairs.
- Perform major repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer specs.
- Mentor junior technicians and document work in the shop system.
- Provide expert advice to customers on maintenance and safety.
- Ensure safety standards and collaborate with service advisors.
