Job summary

Park Place Lexus of Plano is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Technician to perform routine repairs and diagnostics on customer vehicles in a fast-paced showroom service bay. The role emphasizes strong mechanical skills, teamwork, and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Basic tools required to perform common repairs.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced shop.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Understand and complete routine repairs for customer vehicles.
• Perform general repairs and diagnosis with some assistance.
• Work on light engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, steering and suspension tasks.
• Document work performed and communicate with service advisor as needed.
• Maintain CSI scores and complete warranty paperwork.
• Attend manufacturer training and stay updated on new technology.
