Lexus San Diego is seeking a Flat Rate Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle systems to dealership and manufacturer standards. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and complete required repairs with accuracy and efficiency.

You will document all work, communicate with the Service Advisor, write work orders, and maintain a clean, safe shop. ASE certification is preferred; a high school diploma is required, and additional training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnoses and repairs vehicle components in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Inspects, troubleshoots, and completes required repairs including engine/mechanical/electrical systems.
• Examines vehicles to determine safety or service work requirements.
• Documents all work and recommended repairs per procedures.
• Keeps workspace clean and organized; communicates with Service Advisor as needed.
• Writes work orders and assists in test drives and customer interactions.
