Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced A-Level or Master Automotive Technician for a busy AAA-approved repair shop in Lawrence, Kansas. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostics and handling a wide variety of vehicles, with a four-day work week.

compensation ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually based on experience, plus health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid holidays and PTO, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• 5+ years of advanced diagnostic experience.
• Experience on all makes and models; ASE cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex automotive repairs.
• Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles.
• Complete mechanical, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivetrain work.
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair information to identify concerns.
• Deliver quality repairs while maintaining productivity.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
