Qualifications

• Proven A-level automotive diagnostic and repair ability.
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills.
• Strong drivability diagnostic skills.
• Strong major mechanical repair capability.
• Ability to work independently and accurately diagnose vehicle concerns.
• ASE Master Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform major mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Use scan tools, lab scopes, repair information, and other diagnostic resources.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and quality.
• Work with the service and technical team to keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently.

Now Hiring 2 Experienced Technicians - Wichita and Derby, Kansas

$80,000-$125,000+ Annual Earning Potential | Weekly Pay | Flat Rate + Individual Production Bonuses | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

Myers Automotive is looking for proven A-level automotive technicians with strong diagnostic, electrical, drivability, and major mechanical repair skills.

We understand what productive technicians need to perform at a high level: steady car count, strong diagnostic resources, professional repair information, specialty tooling, and decision makers on site.

Compensation & Schedule

• $80,000-$125,000+ annual earning potential
• Weekly pay
• Flat-rate compensation with individual production bonuses
• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
• No weekends
• Full-time position

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform major mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic vehicle systems
• Use scan tools, lab scopes, repair information, and other diagnostic resources
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and quality
• Work with the service and technical team to keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Proven A-level automotive diagnostic and repair ability
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills
• Strong drivability diagnostic skills
• Strong major mechanical repair capability
• Ability to work independently and accurately diagnose vehicle concerns
• ASE Master Certification strongly preferred
• Equivalent manufacturer or factory certifications considered
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Professional attitude and pride in quality workmanship
