The Auto Shop in Jefferson, MO is hiring for A- and B-Level Automotive Technicians on a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Pay is $27–$34/hour for B-Level and $40–$48/hour for A-Level, with weekly pay and a flat-rate or hybrid pay structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills appropriate to the technician level.
• Ability to complete automotive repairs independently.
• Missouri State Inspection License preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Independent repair shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns based on experience and skill level.
• Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, HVAC, steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Complete automotive repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations.
• Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs.
• Work with Service Advisors to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Follow established shop processes while delivering quality repairs.
