This role ensures all work meets safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards, mentors fellow technicians, and coordinates across departments to keep vehicles road-ready and downtime minimal.

• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, company, and manufacturer standards during all maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• ASE or State Certifications required.
• Extensive experience in automotive and fleet maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience in a repair facility or fleet maintenance environment.
• Ability to operate diagnostic software, scan tools, and vehicle information systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
