Job summary

St Cloud Subaru is seeking an experienced Master Level Auto Technician for their busy shop in St Cloud. The role offers $35-$70/hour with incentive-based earnings and a long-term career path.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, using diagnostic tools, and maintaining clear communication with Service Advisors to ensure timely services. ASE certifications are preferred, and a strong work ethic is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines.
• Willingness to follow direction while working independently.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• ASE certifications are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems
• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication
• Ensure warranty repairs meet all manufacturer specifications
