Job summary

St Cloud Subaru is seeking a Master Level Auto Technician to join a busy service shop in Saint Cloud, MN. The role offers an hourly wage and incentive-based pay, with a focus on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems to dealership specifications.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in all weather conditions. ASE certifications are ideal but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods in all weather.
• Experience driving both automatic and manual transmissions.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Master Level Auto Technician - St Cloud Subaru

St Cloud Subaru has a rare opening for an experienced Automotive Technician in our very busy shop.

$35-$70/hour (Incentive-Based)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems
• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication
• Ensure warranty repairs meet all manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
• Willingness to follow direction while working independently
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• ASE certifications are ideal
