Job summary

Club Car is seeking a Master Assembler to support the 2nd shift in Evans, GA. Under supervision, you will help assemble and verify components, ensure tools and procedures meet production standards, and train teammates in proper assembly methods and safety.

You will coordinate with quality and supervision to disposition parts, perform setup, and participate in process improvements. A High School diploma and assembly experience are required; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of Club Car assembler experience or three years of assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Fill in as an Assembler anywhere in the department when regulars are absent and perform all duties during the assignment.
• Ensure jobs are set up and tools are available to meet daily manufacturing requirements; train new associates in assembly methods, quality checks, and Kanban procedures.
• Provide proper tools and gauges for assigned tasks and verify work procedures with Quality Control for initial approvals.
• Coordinate with Supervisor/Group Leader on disposition of defective parts and assemblies; maintain department cleanliness and safety.
• Submit work orders and tool repair tickets promptly; participate in process improvements to address production issues.
