Job summary

NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology in Ashburn and McLean, VA seeks an Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician to deliver high-touch skin consultations and advanced aesthetic treatments at our SkinLab and luxury spa settings. You will guide long-term skin care plans and coordinate with plastic surgeons and PAs for seamless patient journeys.

Ideal candidates have VA aesthetics licensure, 1+ years in medical aesthetics (2+ preferred), and a polished, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Active VA Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician license required.
• 1+ years in medical aesthetics or luxury spa environments; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficient in facial treatments, peels, dermaplaning, and custom treatment planning.
• Professional demeanor, refined communication and immaculate presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-touch skin consultations using VISIA analysis.
• Create long-term treatment strategies and home care regimens (SkinCeuticals).
• Coordinate referrals to Plastic Surgeons and PAs for advanced procedures.
• Administer medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and laser hair removal.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and before/after photography.
• Deliver warm, luxury patient experience and educate on product recommendations.
