Qualifications

• Active Virginia aesthetician license required.
• 1+ years in medical aesthetics or luxury spa environments; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficient in facial treatments, peels, and dermaplaning (preferred).
• Strong communication, professional demeanor, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-touch skin consultations using VISIA analysis.
• Administer medical-grade facials, peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and laser hair removal.
• Deliver long-term treatment plans and home regimens with SkinCeuticals; refer clients to surgeons as needed.
