Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser equipment (training to be provided), and other skincare services.
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and wellness practices that support their personal goals.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ needs and recommend customized treatments or product regimens.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the aesthetics and wellness industry.
• Promote and sell skincare products, treatment packages, and additional services offered by the center.
• Collaborate with the team to create a holistic experience tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and document treatment plans.

Experience/Qualifications

State-licensed Master Aesthetician (required).

Minimum at 1 year of Proven experience as an Aesthetician in a spa, clinic, or wellness center setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client care and satisfaction.

Ability to recommend and sell products and services with confidence.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
