Success Education Colleges is seeking a Master Admissions Rep to manage all phases of the admissions process, present the campus and programs to prospective students, and enroll qualified individuals. The role requires handling intake, processing, evaluation, and determinations of applicants with integrity and adherence to policies.

The position involves following up on inquiries from phone, mail, and internet sources, maintaining accurate database records, and participating in campus events.

• Must speak well, and be clearly understood via telephone.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Previous telemarketing or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies and ethics.
• Communicate effectively with prospective and future students; provide highest level of customer service.
• Call internet and website inquiries and follow up on all inquiries.

• Submit required reports and participate in campus, departmental, and company events.

Presents the campus and its programs to prospective students. Enrolls qualified individuals into education programs. Conducts all admissions activities with the highest integrity and business ethics while adhering to state, federal, and Company, policies, and regulations.
