Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), now part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Master Admissions Advisor to recruit and enroll qualified applicants, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with our mission. This role also serves as a leader among Admissions Advisors, offering mentorship and guiding training initiatives.

You will manage inquiries, conduct interviews, and forecast enrollment while supporting campus initiatives and reporting needs for the Director of Admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1.5-2 years admissions recruitment or related sales experience.
• Experience with metrics, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified applicants consistent with regulatory, accreditation, and institutional guidelines.

Job Summary And Qualifications

This role is responsible for recruiting and enrolling qualified applicants in accordance with all applicable state, federal, accreditation, and institutional policies and regulations. They will uphold the highest ethical standards in student recruitment and ensures alignment with the institution’s mission and philosophy. They are responsible for managing inquiries, prospect outreach, and interview activity to generate interest in academic programs and support enrollment objectives. This position serves as a consultative resource to prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process while ensuring program fit and regulatory compliance.

In addition, they will serve as a leader among Admissions Advisors, modeling best practices in ethical recruitment, consultative interviewing, compliance adherence, and performance excellence. This role provides peer support, mentorship, and guidance to team members and assists the Director of Admissions with training initiatives, process improvements, reporting, and other departmental needs as assigned.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified applicants consistent with regulatory, accreditation, and institutional guidelines.
• Manage and respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct a sufficient volume of outbound prospect phone contacts to secure appointments and interviews.
• Facilitate quality admissions interviews to assess applicant qualifications, career goals, and program alignment.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with unresolved interviewees and future-start applicants.
• Accurately document all interactions and maintain compliance within the student information system (CRM).
• Meet established activity, appointment, interview, and enrollment performance benchmarks.
• Ensure all admissions processes reflect ethical recruiting standards and student-centered practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
• Support campus initiatives and enrollment strategies as assigned.
• Accurately forecast projected new students with Director of Admissions or campus management.
• Act as the designated lead for various events, such as registration, orientation, open house,
• referral drives, community outreach, and similar activities.
• Assist with training admission advisors along with lead weekly team trainings and team building activities.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 1.5-2 years’ experience in admissions recruitment or relative sales experience.

Experience

• Experience with using metrics and forecasting
• Experience with calculating run rates
• Experience in pulling various reports needed

Computer Skills

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry.
• Strong expertise with MS Office as well as field related hardware and software packages and systems for reporting features.
