Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer and donor satisfaction
• Operate POS system, handle transactions, and implement programs
• Maintain accurate cash handling and customer records
• Handle disputes and exchanges professionally
• Rotate stock and maintain attractive displays
• Assist in training new team members
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Support floor operations and apparel rotation
• Follow safety and security policies
• End transactions with a positive message: "You changed a life today, thank you!"
