Northeast College of Health Sciences is seeking a Professional Tutor for Undergraduate Studies: Massage Therapy in the Center for Student Support. The role provides in-person or virtual tutoring to massage therapy students, with evenings and weekend sessions as needed.

Hourly pay ranges from $21 to $25, and the position is part-time with up to 20 hours per week. Candidates should have a Massage Therapy credential and prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, along with a GPA of 3.25 or

Qualifications

• Massage Therapy graduate, licensed or pending board exam date.
• Previous tutoring or teaching leadership experience preferred.
• GPA 3.25+ while enrolled in undergraduate studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast paced office.

Responsabilités

• Meet and support students through 1:1 or small group tutoring and drop-in sessions.
• Provide content-based learning activities and study strategies.
• Review and reinforce course material for clarity and understanding.

Formation

Massage Therapy degree or equivalent

GPA 3.25 or higher
