The Massage Therapy Instructor is a part‑time position based at the OCH Campus in Monroe, NC. This role includes up to 27 hours per week of instruction in both classroom and clinical settings. Instructors must be able to teach classes that last five hours or more per day and be available for both daytime and evening courses, with evening classes ending as late as 10 PM. Under the supervision of the Massage Therapy Program Director, the instructor is responsible for planning and delivering didactic and hands‑on education in accordance with the standards and regulations set forth by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy. The ideal candidate will support student success through engaging instruction, professional mentorship, and a commitment to evidence‑informed practice.
