Job summary

Altru Health System in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver professional massage therapy services at the Truyu Aesthetic Center. You will maintain sales and service goals, promote massage therapy, and collaborate with the team to meet department budgets.

Certification by the North Dakota Board of Massage Therapy, BLS certification within 90 days of start, and English proficiency are required; minimum 1 year related experience is preferred. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• ND Board of Massage Therapy certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of start date.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Promote massage therapy services and assist marketing efforts.
• Orient clients to massage procedures and goals.
• Apply appropriate massage techniques and reassess responses.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new treatments.
• Cross-sell and refer to other services.
• Follow infection control policies and maintain equipment.
• Fulfill other department needs as assigned.
