Job summary

Altru Health System Physician Recruiting in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking a Dermatologist to provide comprehensive medical care for patients at Altru clinics. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions, counsel on preventive care, and maintain documentation for quality and reimbursement.

Responsibilities include exercising professional judgment in line with Altru policies and achieving annual patient engagement and quality & safety goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in medicine from an accredited school.
• Must be admissible to sit for the Canadian or American Board or be certified by the Canadian Board and are members of either the Royal College of Physicians or Royal College of Surgeons, American board certification or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
• Board certification must be obtained within six years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients presenting with injuries or illnesses at Altru.
• Counsels patients on preventive healthcare measures consistent with Altru policies.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation to ensure quality patient care and appropriate reimbursement.

Education

Doctorate in medicine (M.D./D.O.)

Board certification eligibility or certification (Canada/US; RCPS or FRCP or AOA)
