A leading healthcare organization in Upper Arlington seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist to join their Rehabilitation team. This role involves providing professional massage services and developing care plans for patients. The candidate will work 30 hours per week in a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care and professional growth.

The Rehabilitation team is responsible for patient screening, evaluating, and establishing care plans specific to clinical disciplines. They implement primary and secondary preventative or interventional methods for sustained health and quality of life. They operate in various clinical and community-based settings, with responsibilities spanning clinical, academic, research, and community roles. This position is 30 hours per week.
Massage therapy responsibilities include providing professional massage and bodywork services to promote healing and wellbeing. Techniques may include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial massage, among others. The role may involve research activities and educational services.
Individual Contributor - Technical: Work achieved through individual efforts or team participation. May coordinate or review others' work. Typically does not require a university degree but may benefit from postsecondary training.
Proficient in technical or operational areas, developing confidence and knowledge. Acts as an informal resource, solves routine issues, and communicates effectively within the team. Guidance from supervisors may be needed for complex activities.
The candidate must complete OSUP's credentialing process before starting, which takes a minimum of 90 days.
USD $20.22 - USD $30.33 per hour.
