Job summary

Beloit Health System is seeking a Per Diem Massage Therapist for NorthPointe Spa. The role supports massage therapy and body wrap services, with varied shifts from 1:30pm to 10pm (primarily).

You will assist with scheduling, maintain a clean workspace, and market spa services to clients. Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited Massage Therapy program, licensed to practice, CPR certified, and able to communicate effectively while organizing multiple demands.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Massage Therapy Program.
• Licensed in the State(s) where Massage Therapy will be performed.
• Current CPR certification (or within 3 months of hire).
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
• Ability to problem solve and organize multiple demands.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients' personal and medical information.

Responsibilities

The Massage Therapist is responsible for performing Massage Therapy and Body Wrap Services on clients within the scope of services.

• Provides massage therapy to clients within scope of training and modifies the treatment based upon client feedback and response.
• Completes ordering for all required supplies and communicates effectively with vendors.
• Assists with scheduling of spa services.
• Works with all staff to ensure a high-level spa experience for all clients.
• Completes documentation per department policy.
• Markets services to potential clients/customers.
• Performs the necessary functions to prepare, maintain and clean up the work area to ensure cleanliness and safety..
• Participates in community education and marketing programs.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Massage Therapy Program.
• Licensed in the State(s) within which Massage Therapy will be performed.
